- Biometric authentication: If you enable related protection features, the system may use Face ID, Touch ID, or device biometric capabilities for local authentication. ShineBoard does not receive or store your biometric data.
- Local database: Some settings and presets may be stored locally on your device so you can continue using them later.

- Provide core features such as light boards, fill light, scrolling text, backgrounds, and presets;
- Save your local settings and improve your next use experience;

3. Storage
ShineBoard stores its main data locally on your device. You may delete local data through app features, system settings, or by uninstalling the app. Uninstalling the app generally removes local data stored with the app, although exact behavior may vary by operating system version.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your personal information with third parties except in the following circumstances:
- With your explicit consent;
- To comply with laws, regulations, court orders, or lawful government requests;

- Camera permission: Used for camera picture-in-picture preview.
- Photo permission: Used to choose image backgrounds or save board creations.
- Biometric permission: Used for local authentication, not for collecting biometric information.

ShineBoard is not specifically designed for children. If you are a minor, please use the app with the consent and guidance of a parent or legal guardian.
